SMALL ITEM DELIVERIES

Stock permitting, all orders are normally dispatched within 3-5 working days, unless advised otherwise at the time of ordering. If an item is out of stock we will advise an approximate delivery date and notify you when it is ready for delivery.

SMALL ITEM DELIVERY CHARGES   

Delivery charges on our website are automatically calculated on a weight basis and are shown on your order prior to checkout.

Mainland UK: up to 10kgs £5.95, 10kg-25kg £15.95

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands: (via Royal Mail recorded delivery) up to 9.99kgs £5.95, 10-24.99kgs £15.95.
Republic of Ireland
: Small packets up to 0.99kg £5.95 (via Royal Mail International signed for service) 1-9.99kg £9.95, 9.99kg-24.99kg £19.95.

International  deliveries are charged at cost on an individual basis - please email customer services for a quote at: info@angelandboho.com  or call +44 (0)333 200 7371 (local call rate applies) - Mon/Fri 9.30-5.30.


LARGE ACCESSORIES AND FURNITURE DELIVERIES

Mainland UK (excluding Scotland) - deliveries outside this area will incur an additional charge, please contact us for an individual quote.

£30 delivery charge applies to some mirrors and small furniture items etc, which can be delivered by our one person delivery service.

£55 delivery charge applies to large mirrors and items of furniture which require a two person delivery service, additional charges may apply for multiple purchases of large items - individual delivery quotations available on request.

Customised furniture is non-returnable unless deemed faulty - however, please contact us if a problem arises as we will always endeavour to be of assistance wherever possible.

Non-customised furniture must be checked on delivery and refused if substantially damaged* or unsuitable - a return collection charge of £75 will be incurred if collection is necessary at a later date. 

*most minor damage can be repaired by our aftercare service, please contact us whilst the delivery team is still on site in this instance, they have our out-of-hours contact numbers if your delivery is out of office hours.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Due to the large variety of products available on our website and hugely fluctuating prices, we provide shipping quotes on a case by case basis. We provide individual quotes for the most competitive rate available on the day. International shipping quotes are valid for 48 hours due to price fluctuations. Orders shipped outside the European Union are not subject to VAT, however, local taxes and customs charges may apply, for which we cannot be responsible. All quotes are provided in £ Sterling (GBP - Great British Pounds) and not in your local currency.

In an attempt to combat credit card fraud; if you choose to pay by card, wherever possible, we will obtain card verification from your bank.

Goods can only be delivered to the address at which the card is registered.
 
Our parcels are very carefully packed prior to dispatch, however, we are unable to accept responsibility for damage/return of fragile items dispatched outside the UK, as international courier services will not provide insurance for breakage of such items.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
SMALL ITEMS
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with you purchase simply return it to us within 14 working days for a full refund or exchange - items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. We recommend that you use insured, registered delivery service and obtain proof of purchase, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the original delivery charge or the return postage unless the item(s) are faulty, in which case we will reimburse you in full.

Please note that cut lengths of fabric and print-to-order items are non-returnable.

ANY MISSING/DAMAGED ITEM(S) MUST BE REPORTED (IN WRITING) TO THE COMPANY WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER.

THE COMPANY IS UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE LOSS OF A PARCEL, UNLESS REPORTED MISSING (IN WRITING) TO THE COMPANY WITHIN 7 DAYS FOLLOWING THE CONFIRMED DATE OF DISPATCH.

FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Please ensure you check access for the furniture you are ordering as it is your responsibility to ascertain that access is possible. If access depends on precise dimensions, please ask for a dimension check, as all dimensions are approximate and variations may occur, particularly in our handcarved ranges. Our delivery personnel are not obliged to take your furniture upstairs, if, on inspection, they judge that an item of furniture may not fit into or through the access space or that they may incur physical injury or risk damage to the item or your property, we reserve the right to leave the item in a safe and convenient alternative location. If the item cannot be delivered for reasons of access we reserve the right to charge for storage and redelivery in addition to any cancellation fees (if applicable - see cancellations & refunds).

Please note: our premium delivery service is a 'two man white glove service', who will place your furniture in the room of your choice. At this point, it is your responsibility to check and ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase, prior to signing the proof of delivery note and before the delivery team leave your premises. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately, or, advise the delivery drivers to contact us, in order to discuss your concerns and to agree if the item(s) need to be returned to us. If we have to arrange a return collection at a later date this may result in an additional charge.

Please ensure that you provide adequate protection to all floor or floor coverings, remove pictures and ornaments that could possibly be damaged whilst attempting delivery, as neither ourselves, nor the appointed delivery company, can accept any responsible for damage to flooring or other items.

Please advise us when ordering large accessories or furniture items if you require delivery to an address that is not your main residence, or if you require specific delivery days/times as this may incur an additional delivery/storage charge.

As most of our furniture is made and painted to order - we cannot offer refunds unless the piece is deemed faulty. Please note that our paint finishes can allow the character of the wood to show - for example woodgrain & knots - these are not considered as faults. Our furniture is made from solid pine, beech and selected hardwoods - exposure to heat may cause some shrinking and splitting - which we regret we cannot accept as reason for refund. However, should you require advice/aftercare for any acute problems please contact customer services.

ANY FURNITURE ITEM(S) DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MUST BE REPORTED TO THE COMPANY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY.

DELIVERY TIMES
We will endeavour to deliver your furniture within the time stated upon ordering (typically 6-8 weeks) - we will, wherever possible, advise you of any anticipated additional delay when placing your order, however, failure to deliver within the estimated time cannot be considered as grounds for cancellation.
