These fabulous island units have two very deep pan drawers on soft-close runners, so practical for saucepans and other large kitchen items, they are part of our DIY Masters/Trade painted solid wood modular Shaker-style kitchen range.This version has a lower shelf, for a additional storage space and is supplied without worktop. A worktop measuring 180 x 85cm would give an overhang of 3 cm all round.

SUPER-PRIMER COLOURS:
There is a choice of 10 coloured 'super' primers. These are water-based eggshell paint colours which are applied in three coats over our standard primer and can be left without top-coating. If however they are to be painted in an additional colour, they are suitable to be top-coated with a water-based eggshell.
The main advantage of super-priming is that the cupboard and drawer interiors are painted, which is a big time-saver, the exteriors can then be colour-matched to the customer's choice.

If the furniture is to be painted on-site in a specific colour (ie Farrow & Ball, Little Greene etc) we suggest choosing a super-primer colour in the nearest suitable depth of tone in preparation for top-coating.
