A charming Victorian-style oleograph depicting a tranquil mountain lake, with grazing cattle, heather-covered hillsides and distant peaks reflected in still water.

Printed with an imitation craquelure finish to resemble an oil painting, oleographs were hugely popular during the late nineteenth century, bringing beautifully reproduced works of art into everyday homes. This miniature example has a wonderful timeworn character and has been part of our prop collection for many years.
